VENUS SEQUENCE
A Venus sequence is a period of eight years devised by the Mayas in which they perceived that the Planet Venus goes through its Morningstar to Morningstar cycle five times. During each one of these cycles the planet would move from morningstar to superior conjunction to eveningstar and finally to inferior conjunction and back to morningstar again.
The Mayas envisioned a huge period of 104 years within which the planet Venus would pass through 13 of these eight-year-long sequences. This 104-year period is called a Venus round and it always ends and starts on the Maya date ONE AHAU (Hun-Ahpu).
